Li Jiaqi's Livestream Sells Approximately 20 Trillion Tokens in Half an Hour
On November 2, Li Jiaqi's Tmall Double 11 livestream sold AI computing power products, the Qianwen Office Token, for the first time. In just half an hour, 100,000 personal membership monthly cards were sold, totaling approximately 20 trillion tokens. The comment section repeatedly featured "321, go Token." That evening, Alibaba Vice President and Qianwen Office CEO Chen Yusen appeared in the livestream to respond to the question of whether an AI avatar could chat 24 hours a day, stating that AI cannot replace Li Jiaqi and expressing a desire to help fans solve trivial matters using AI. Live demonstrations included organizing homework, creating training mini-games, and generating business analysis reports. The livestream had previously announced the distribution of 200 trillion tokens and showcased AI computers pre-installed with Qianwen Office, AI dictation cards, and desktop robots. Previously, tokens had entered e-commerce channels, with a Token recharge center launched on Tmall on September 3, connecting multiple vendors and offering monthly subscription packages and pay-as-you-go services.
