Real Vision analyst: crypto evolving into global financial infrastructure
Jamie Coutts, a crypto market analyst at Real Vision, stated that the cryptocurrency industry is developing into global financial infrastructure due to improved data transparency and the expansion of real-world services. The 2 trillion-3 trillion dollar crypto market has been challenging to analyze because of opaque project information, inconsistent data, and limited regulatory oversight. Recently, data quality has improved, and some projects have made progress in token value accrual structures and supply management. Coutts noted a significant increase in projects launching actual products, with some already attracting users. He projected that millions of users and billions of AI agents could enter blockchain networks in the coming years. As traditional financial institutions adopt blockchain and the AI agent economy begins to grow, the crypto industry is emerging as new infrastructure connecting global finance and commerce.
