In Ukraine, the decline in prices for feed corn continues due to negative price adjustments in related markets and weakening prices in the export direction. Demand from buyers remains subdued as processors and traders focus on purchasing early grain crops. Over the past week, demand prices for corn fell by 400–1200 UAH/ton, ranging from 7,900 to 9,600 UAH/ton CPT, except in southern regions where prices reached 10,000 UAH/ton CPT. In the export direction at deep-water ports, the price of corn decreased by $3–9/ton, fluctuating between $202 and $210/ton CPT-port. At the western border, buyers of the new harvest are offering indicative prices of €205-207/ton for deliveries in November-January, but the number of agreements concluded remains insignificant. Ukrainian agricultural producers are taking a wait-and-see position, assessing the prospects for maritime exports.
