In July 2026, the State Customs Service transferred UAH 78.3 billion to the state budget, marking the highest monthly figure since the imposition of martial law. Importers received benefits amounting to UAH 36.5 billion, of which nearly 60% were for defense-related goods. The volume of benefits provided increased by UAH 7.3 billion, or 24.9%, compared to July 2025, when the amount of benefits was UAH 29.3 billion. The largest share of benefits in July was received by: defense-related goods - UAH 21.6 billion (59.2%); excise goods, including tobacco - UAH 7 billion (19.1%); goods under free trade agreements - UAH 4 billion (10.8%); goods for the restoration of energy infrastructure - UAH 2.4 billion (6.6%); other benefits - UAH 1.5 billion (4.2%). In the first seven months of 2026, UAH 245.7 billion in benefits were provided, which is UAH 72.5 billion, or 41.8%, more than in the same period last year.
