The US stock meme narrative led by Robinhood has been heating up for over a month now, but the development of US stock memes varies across each chain.
- Why is the US stock meme on the Robinhood chain thriving while Base's US stock meme seems to have been sidelined?
- Why has BNB Chain produced phenomenal memes like Bullish and Marscoin, while Solana appears to be lagging behind?
With these questions in mind, I researched the compliance paths and ecological infrastructure of US stock tokens on Robinhood, BNB Chain, Base, and Solana. This article will start by examining the issuance methods of US stock tokens on these four chains and analyze why the same round of US stock memes can lead to completely different outcomes.

In June 2026, Binance officially launched bStocks. bStocks are issued by BTech Holdings, with each type corresponding to real underlying stocks and circulating on the BNB Chain.
For each new bStock added, BTech Holdings must prepare issuance documents for the corresponding securities and obtain approval from the ADGM FSRA's Prospectus and Official List. Only after completing the regulatory process will Binance officially launch the corresponding bStock.
→ Currently, bStocks have launched 70 US stock tokens, with a total issuance market value of 687 million.
Thanks to Binance's support, bStocks are currently among the highest in market value and liquidity among several US stock tokens.
However, in the gameplay of "US stocks × Meme," BNB Chain is slightly slower than Robinhood, mainly due to two factors:
👉 Number of US stock tokens
👉 Insufficient coverage of Launchpad for bStocks
Currently, the two major Launchpads on BNB Chain are: Four Meme and Flap.
- Four Meme
Recently launched 4Stock, mainly aiming to solve the problem of slow expansion of bStocks.
For US stocks like BNC, before the official launch of bStock, users can first buy real stocks with submitted USDC, and then mint 4Stock at a 1:1 ratio based on the actual number of shares purchased; in the future, when the corresponding bStock is launched, 1:1 conversion will be supported.
- Flap
Flap currently supports 22 bStocks as a meme liquidity pool, which is significantly more than Four Meme, thus also generating
