European asset management firm Amundi has partnered with CACEIS to launch the first tokenized shares of its "AMUNDI FUNDS CASH EUR" money market fund. The fund employs a hybrid distribution model, allowing investors to subscribe through traditional channels or the tokenized share "AMUNDI FUNDS CASH EUR - J28 EUR DLT (C)". This solution utilizes distributed ledger technology on the public Ethereum blockchain to ensure transparency in the fund share records and enhance the traceability of transactions.
