Scroll Proposal Transforms into Privacy AI Network, SCR Migrates to Ethereum Mainnet

Scroll has initiated a protocol upgrade proposal in the governance forum, requesting Scroll DAO's approval to transform into a permissioned application-specific network focused on privacy AI, and to migrate SCR to the Ethereum mainnet. Once the proposal is approved, it will be implemented by the Scroll Foundation, with the network upgrade planned for the end of the year. A detailed timeline will be announced through official channels, and the official bridge will continue to provide support after the upgrade. The proposal states that after the migration, SCR will continue to govern the Scroll network, including the deployment methods of AI models and the maintenance and updating of AI Agent rules. The governance scope will also expand to include core parameters of USX. Additionally, SCR can be used as collateral for certain high-risk commitments and validators, with violations subject to penalties. The total supply of SCR and its token economics will remain unchanged, and the migration will not dilute existing holders.
