ZEROBASE CEO Announces Layoffs, Ending DAT and Perpetual Contract Work
ZEROBASE CEO Mirror Tang stated that the current strategic focus of the project is cost-saving. Due to market changes and the ongoing contraction of liquidity in altcoins, DAT and perpetual contracts are yielding negative returns under the current liquidity conditions. ZEROBASE has terminated these two projects and conducted layoffs, while also reducing R&D investments. Some development colleagues have been reassigned to security operations, business security, and strategy development. The operations department has been instructed to focus on customer service, major event support, and ongoing participation in meetings.
