Ukrainian Regions Received Energy Equipment Worth €74.79 Million
From June to August 2026, critical infrastructure enterprises in the regions of Ukraine received 76 shipments of energy equipment and materials worth a total of €74.79 million. The supplies were financed by 15 donor countries and the European Union. Nearly three-quarters of the total funding came from the five largest donors: the Netherlands - €15.98 million, Germany - €13.08 million, Italy - €13.01 million, the United Kingdom - €7.38 million, and Sweden - €6.63 million. These five countries financed supplies amounting to €56.08 million, which is about 75% of the total sum. The equipment was purchased through the Ukraine Energy Support Fund to restore damaged facilities and prepare the energy system for the heating season of 2026/2027. By the beginning of September, Ukraine had already received over 4,700 units of energy equipment from international partners in 2026, including generators, transformers, boilers, and cogeneration plants.
