OKXICE TSV Submits SEC Innovation Exemption Application, Listing Includes 3 Entities
On October 4, OKXICE TSV submitted a written notice to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) applying for operations under the SEC's temporary exemption mechanism for tokenized securities trading venues. Currently, the list includes 3 entities applying for this exemption: TSV LLC, OKXICE TSV, and Kephas Corporation (Perpetualscom). According to the exemption order issued by the SEC on September 17, relevant trading venues must publish operational notices on their official websites at least 30 calendar days in advance and submit written notices to the SEC. The SEC noted that being listed does not mean that the relevant entities have met the exemption conditions, nor does it imply recognition or approval from the regulatory agency.
