NGRAVE Issues Security Warning Amid High-Level Cyber Threats
Cryptocurrency hardware wallet manufacturer NGRAVE has issued a security warning, stating that it is facing high-level cyber threats, and the team is actively monitoring and taking countermeasures. NGRAVE advises users to be vigilant against phishing attacks conducted via SMS, email, counterfeit websites, and fake customer service, emphasizing that the official team will never ask for users' recovery phrases or Perfect Key. NGRAVE points out that users' private keys are stored offline only on the ZERO hardware device, and users should not enter their recovery phrases on their phones, computers, or websites, but only input them through the screen of the ZERO device when recovering their wallets. The official recommendation is for users to manually enter the official website domain to avoid visiting phishing links.
