Ki Young Ju: Fresh capital inflows into BTC reduce bear market risk
Bitcoin's realized cap has been increasing since around Aug. 19, indicating fresh capital inflows and suggesting that another bear market is unlikely, according to CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju. Ju noted that stablecoin issuance does not necessarily lead to BTC purchases, and funds entering futures exchanges can occur alongside falling prices as exchanges may need liquidity to settle profitable positions. While stablecoin liquidity is crucial in the long term, the key issue now is identifying buyers and sellers. Ju stated that the realized cap indicates new money is entering the market, existing whales have ceased selling, miners are ramping up production, and sentiment in traditional financial markets remains positive.
