Decentralized privacy solution Fairblock has launched the privacy stablecoin CUSD, which is built on PYUSDx and supported by M0, PayPal, MoonPay, and Predicate, initially deployed on Arbitrum. CUSD supports public transfers while also allowing for the concealment of payment amounts and account balances. Institutions can use it to protect payroll disbursements, treasury management, and OTC settlement information, while individuals can hide on-chain payment amounts and transaction flows. Fairblock stated that it will promote adoption and expand the use of privacy features through economic incentives, with more details to be announced later.
