1、Crypto Market Highlights

1)Bitcoin Pulls Back From $87,000 as Rate Pressure Returns

Bitcoin Pulls Back From $87,000| WEEX TradFi Daily Brief (September 24, 2026)

Under macro pressure, bitcoin fell from $87,000 to $84,000, though it is still up more than 10% over the past week. The Fear & Greed Index is at 71, still in “greed.” Spot bitcoin ETF inflows and short covering had powered the breakout; forced short-covering bids faded at the highs. Fed Governor Barr said further hikes may be needed to return inflation to 2%. Boston Fed’s Collins and Chicago Fed’s Goolsbee also sounded hawkish. Firmer hike odds will cap risk assets to some degree.

Spot: BTC / ETH
Futures: BTC / ETH

2)LayerZero (ZRO) Rises About 12% Against the Tape as ATLAS Targets Institutional Clearing
ZRO rose about 12% in 24 hours. LayerZero plans to launch ATLAS, an institution-facing on-chain trading venue, in autumn 2026 on the Zero chain disclosed in February. Phase one covers spot and perps, later expanding to prediction contracts, futures and options, with no consumer product. Citadel Securities, DTCC and ICE are partners, and top market makers will provide liquidity on day one. ZRO’s elasticity prices how much rent it can take from traditional clearing.

Spot: ZRO
Futures: ZRO

3)Most Sectors Fall; Robinhood-Chain Meme MONITOR Rallies Against the Tape
Majors and most sectors followed bitcoin lower. MONITOR, the Robinhood meme listed on WEEX yesterday, turned “Monitoring the Situation” into an on-chain meme stock and paired it with tokenized PLTR on long.xyz, lifting short-term turnover. The gain is listing flow and event narrative, not a sector-fundamental repair. If bitcoin loses $84,000 again, late money can still give it back.

Futures: MONITOR

2、Market Highlights

1)Hotter PMI Lifts Hike Pricing; 10-Year Yield Breaks 5%
S&P Global’s September PMI on September 23 ET far beat forecasts and posted the fastest expansion since 2021, with input and output price gauges also at multi-year highs. “Higher for longer” bets surged. The 10-year yield rose about 14 basis points and broke above 5.00%; the 5-year hit a 2007 high and the 30-year a 2004 peak. Rate swaps now price three hikes over the next year, with some books adding a fourth. CME shows about a 30.3% chance of holding 3.75%–4.00% in October and about a 69.7% chance of a 25 bp hike. The S&P 500, Nasdaq and Dow all declined.
Watchlist: SPY, QQQ, TLT
Spot: SPY / QQQ / TLT
Futures: SPY / QQQ / TLT

2)Crypto-Linked Stocks Follow Lower; MSTR, BMNR and COIN Decline
After bitcoin’s pullback from the highs, crypto-treasury and related stocks came under pressure. Strategy (MSTR) fell about 3.07%, BMNR about 4.52%. Valuations still track spot BTC and the discount rate. With the 10-year above 5%, leveraged treasury names show amplified beta. The next checkpoint is whether ETFs return to net inflows.
Watchlist: MSTR, BMNR, COIN
Spot: MSTR / BMNR / COIN
Futures: MSTR / COIN

3)Energy Moves With Oil; Brent Near $99
Oil remains the core inflation-trade variable. Brent is near $99 and WTI near $90, with Strait of Hormuz uncertainty supporting the premium. Energy equities are relatively resilient, but high oil also hardens hike pricing and drains long-duration tech and crypto. Near term, watch inventories and shipping-lane headlines for transmission into CRUDEOIL and XLE.
Watchlist: CRUDEOIL, XOM, XLE
Spot: CRUDEOIL / XOM / XLE
Futures: CL / BZ / XLE

4)Precious Metals Give Back Highs; Gold Near $4,320
With the 10-year above 5% and the dollar stronger, gold slipped from about $4,400 to about $4,320. The XAU gauge fell about 4.1% on September 23 ET. Higher real rates weakened the appeal of non-yielding assets. Silver still oscillates near $67; the near-term driver is rate pricing more than standalone safe-haven demand.
Watchlist: XAU, XAG
Spot: XAU / XAG
Futures: XAU / XAG
