As of 12 August 2026. All figures and dates come from documents published by the company itself or by regulators, listed at the end.
Logista pays an interim dividend of EUR 0.58 gross per share on 27 August 2026. The question that follows — which day do you actually need to hold the shares? — has an exact answer, and the company publishes it: the last day with rights to the dividend is Monday 24 August 2026. This page explains the four dates involved, the settlement mechanics behind them, and what the company is. It contains no price target, no forecast and no recommendation.
The company's dividend table publishes all four, and each does something different:
Buying and being on the register do not happen on the same day, because equity trades in the European Union settle two business days after execution. A purchase on Monday 24 settles on Wednesday 26 — the record date — and the ex-dividend date falls on Tuesday 25, one business day before the record date.
The company's own calendar demonstrates the mechanism without any further citation: 24 to 26 August is exactly two business days with no intervening holiday. Under a one-day cycle the ex-date and record date would coincide.
The one-day cycle is not yet in force in the EU. The European Commission set the transition for 11 October 2027, and ESMA restated that timetable in July 2026, noting that 2026 is a critical year for firms to finalise preparations. So T+2 applies in August 2026, and the arithmetic above will need revisiting in late 2027.
The company states that on 23 July 2026 the board approved an interim dividend for the 2026 financial year, payable on 27 August 2026, amounting to EUR 77 million (EUR 0.58 per share), 3.6% higher than the interim dividend paid the previous year.
The arithmetic closes: share capital is 132,750,000 shares of EUR 0.20 nominal value; at EUR 0.58 each, that is exactly EUR 77.0 million. The prior-year interim was EUR 0.56, paid on 28 August 2025.
Logista distributed EUR 2.09 per share in both the 2024 and 2025 financial years — EUR 277 million in 2025, which the company describes as a payout of 99%. For 2026 the wording is that the company intends to distribute a total dividend per share of at least the same amount distributed during 2024 and 2025.
"At least" is a minimum, not a commitment to hold the figure constant, and the interim being paid in August is already above the prior-year equivalent. Describing the policy as a third consecutive flat year reads the commitment the wrong way round.
The published history, in euros per share by financial year: 2019 and 2020, 1.18 · 2021, 1.24 · 2022, 1.38 · 2023, 1.85 · 2024, 2.09 · 2025, 2.09. Each year is paid in two instalments, an interim in August and a final in February. The 2025 final, paid 26 February 2026, was EUR 1.53, comprising a complementary dividend of EUR 1.45 and an extraordinary dividend of EUR 0.08.
The listed company's 2025 annual corporate governance report identifies the entity as Logista Integral, S.A., tax identification number A-87008579, registered at Calle Trigo 39, Polígono Industrial Polvoranca, 28914 Leganés (Madrid). The CNMV entity record shows the same name for the same tax number. The ticker remains LOG and the tax number is unchanged; this is a change of corporate name, not a corporate action.
Logista describes itself as the leading distributor to proximity retailers in Europe, moving products from manufacturers to end consumers through a capillary network of points of sale. It distributes convenience products, top-ups, tobacco products, pharmaceuticals, books, publications and lotteries, operates in seven countries, and serves directly around 200,000 points of sale in Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, with wholesale distribution in Poland and express deliveries to and from the Benelux.
The distinction that is most often missed: Logista does not manufacture tobacco. It distributes other companies' products and is paid to move them. It is a logistics and network business.
For the first nine months of the 2026 financial year — October 2025 to June 2026 — the company reported revenue of EUR 10,165 million (up 2.3%), economic sales of EUR 1,376 million (up 1.1%), adjusted EBIT of EUR 296 million (up 3.0%) at an economic sales margin of 21.5% (39 basis points higher), EBIT of EUR 244 million (down 0.3%), and net profit of EUR 210 million against EUR 214 million (down 1.8%).
By geography the three markets diverge: Iberia EUR 3,930 million (up 3.9%) — of which tobacco and related products 3,188, transport 676 and pharmaceutical distribution 244 — Italy EUR 3,673 million (up 5.6%) and France EUR 2,610 million (down 4.2%). The company notes a change of perimeter that breaks direct comparison with prior years: management of the Polish business has been integrated into the French structure, so Iberia now comprises Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and Belgium, while France includes France and Poland.
For the full prior year, ended 30 September 2025: revenue of EUR 13,536 million (up 4.2%), economic sales of EUR 1,809 million (up 3.0%), adjusted EBIT of EUR 378 million (down 1.9%) and net profit of EUR 281 million against EUR 308 million (down 8.8%).
Imperial Brands PLC holds 50.008%, indirectly through Imperial Tobacco LTD, and is represented on the board by five proprietary directors. The governance report also records FMR LLC at 4.586% and a combined board holding of 0.1802%. At 30 June 2026 the company held 588,555 treasury shares.
Logista joined the IBEX 35 in BME's review dated 19 December 2022 and remained a constituent through BME's June 2026 review, the most recent published before this page.
Logista shares trade on the Spanish exchanges and are bought through an authorised financial intermediary registered with the CNMV. WEEX is not one of those routes. WEEX is a cryptocurrency exchange: it does not list equities, tokenised versions of equities, or derivatives on them, and plays no part in receiving any dividend.
Logista appears here only because it is among the names many people follow alongside digital assets. For that part of a portfolio, WEEX offers perpetual futures — long and short — and spot markets: see the WEEX futures markets. Leveraged products carry a high risk of loss.
