Umia Completes $6.11 Million Financing, Auction Tokens Account for 34.6% of Total Supply
The token issuance governance platform Umia has completed a $6.11 million financing round, with the auction lasting for seven days. The fully diluted valuation is $18 million, with 17.3 million tokens sold, accounting for 34.6% of the total supply. All sold tokens will be tradable at issuance, with no lock-up period. According to CoinGecko data, the current trading price of UMIA is approximately $0.68, with a fully diluted valuation of about $34 million. About 45% of the funds came from institutional investors, with participating funds including Galaxy Ventures, Digital Currency Group, Draper Associates, RenGen, Alpha EV, Maven 11, and Eon Capital. Nearly 700 individual bidders also participated in the auction. All participants joined under the same conditions, with no discounts offered, and no investors received board seats, observer roles, or advisory positions.
