(Photo by Chris Unger/Zuffa LLC) UFC 315’s card is locked in—at least we think. Every fighter weighed in ahead of Saturday’s pay-per-view event from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. UFC Hall of Famer Jose Aldo had some issues on the scales that forced the promotion to shift his fight with Aiemann Zahabi (originally scheduled for bantamweight) to featherweight. The UFC made the move to push the fight to featherweight when it was clear Aldo couldn’t safely make 136 pounds. Everyone else on the card made weight, and here is the card order for Saturday night. More ceremonial weigh-in at Bell Centre on May 09, 2025 in Montreal, Quebec. (Photo by Chris Unger/Zuffa LLC) Light heavyweight up-and-comer Navajo Stirling will be looking to win with some style when he opens the mid-level prelims against Ivan Erslan. The undefeated New Zealander is coming off a unanimous decision win over Tuco Tokkos in December 2024. However, the win wasn’t long on action, and some felt Stirling should have won more definitively. We’ll see how he responds. (Photo by Chris Unger/Zuffa LLC) Modestas Bukauskas is looking to take the next step at light heavyweight when he battles the ferocious Ion Cuțelaba. After a recent endorsement from interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall, Bukauskas has a chance to secure an eye-opening win over a veteran. The most intriguing prelim is the battle between former strawweight champion Jessica Andrade and rising star Jasmine Jasudavicius. This fight represents the biggest challenge Jasudavicius has faced in her career, and how she fares against Andrade will help determine if the next stop is a top-five opponent in the flyweight division. (Photo by Cooper Neill/Zuffa LLC) There will be two titles on the line. In the co-main event, flyweight queen Valentina Shevchenko will attempt to defeat France’s Manon Fiorot in an interesting stylistic battle. Expect Shevchenko to look to take this fight to the ground early and to dominate there. MONTREAL, QUEBEC – MAY 09: (L-R) Valentina Shevchenko of Kyrgyzstan and Manon Fiorot of France face ... More off during the UFC 315 ceremonial weigh-in at Bell Centre on May 09, 2025 in Montreal, Quebec. (Photo by Cooper Neill/Zuffa LLC) If Fiorot cannot stop the takedowns, this will be a short and/or painful night for the challenger. In the main event, UFC welterweight champion Belal Muhammad takes on Jack Della Maddalena in the former’s first defense of his title. We will find out on Saturday. Be on the lookout for my results piece highlighting the biggest moments and bonus winners from Montreal.
