StandX Airdrop DUSD Rules Lack Transparency, Causing Community Disappointment
On October 26, StandX announced the launch of the airdrop eligibility and distribution query page for DUSD, with feedback from the community and KOLs primarily expressing disappointment. Heavy users reported a severe mismatch between points and actual earnings, with one user claiming that their over 20,000 points only resulted in 31.91 DUSD, while some accounts with a pre-deposit of $5,000 received an airdrop amount of 0. Several KOLs pointed out that "stopping halfway is actually more cost-effective," suggesting that this feels more like a fee discount rather than a true airdrop. Some voices believe that the project team’s choice to not issue tokens and instead use remaining income along with team funds to reward users, while providing a clear exit timeline, is a relatively responsible way to conclude the project. Overall, the core of the controversy lies in the expectation gap and insufficient transparency of the rules.
