Robin Guards Collaborates with 200 KOLs to Sell 200 NFTs
The NFT project Robin Guards released a lengthy article on November 2, stating that it collaborated with approximately 200 KOLs, who collectively have over 10 million followers, but ultimately only sold 200 NFTs, resulting in a conversion rate of about 0.002%. The project indicated that after refusing to continue paying for related promotions, some KOLs began to label it a scam, naming several former collaborators in the article and demanding explanations for purchasing fake interactions and other behaviors. Robin Guards claimed that these KOLs initially posted positive promotions urging their followers to participate, but after learning about the use of bots for posts and interaction groups, they shifted to accusing the project. The project also mentioned that the account grebby accused it of fraud, yet that account itself sells fake followers and interaction services, and some of the named KOLs had previously purchased fake interactions from it. Robin Guards advised other teams to check the reach and view ratios before making payments and to focus on actual conversion results rather than solely relying on view count screenshots. The project has been operating in this field for two years and included relevant screenshots in the article.
