Revoke.cash Advises Ultimate Subscription Users to Check Auto-Revoking Settings
Revoke.cash reminds users, affected by last week's Magic Eden security incident, to check the Auto-Revoking module on their account page and confirm if there are yellow warning icons on any networks. If there are, the address needs to be restored to a regular account in other wallet applications, and then upgraded to a smart account via MetaMask. Additionally, users should ensure that all active networks are enabled and that each wallet has been granted the relevant permissions individually. Revoke.cash points out that Ultimate subscription users must meet two conditions to properly protect their assets: first, to grant Auto-Revoking permissions for that wallet in MetaMask; second, that the wallet has been upgraded to a MetaMask smart account on the corresponding network. Typically, the second step is completed automatically during the authorization process, but if the address has previously been upgraded to a smart account through other wallet applications, the upgrade may fail.
