Pons Daily Fees Reach $5.95 Million, Ranking Fourth Overall on Chain
Pons has recorded a daily fee of $5.95 million, marking an all-time high. This surge is attributed to the concentrated token issuance and trading activities on the Robinhood chain-based launchpad in a short period. According to DeFiLlama data, Pons has climbed to fourth place in the daily fee rankings. As of 1:04 PM KST on the 3rd, Pons' daily fees exceeded the fees of the Robinhood chain network itself and were greater than the combined fees of the Hyperliquid, Polymarket, and Fomo platforms. This figure serves as an indicator of on-chain usage and fee generation structure, with Pons operating as a launchpad for issuing and trading fixed supply tokens on the Robinhood chain. The flow of fees for Pons is related to token design, with 29% of the total supply of PONS being burned and 80% of protocol fee revenue being used for PONS purchases. Daily fees reflect user activity quickly, but to assess long-term usage patterns, subsequent flows must also be considered. This figure is closer to an activity indicator than a price signal, and the actual market impact should be verified alongside separate price and trading volume data.
