Oneiro Launches Revolution Network V2
The developer of Revolution Network, Oneiro, has launched Revolution Network V2, a complete overhaul of its Ethereum L2 solution for digital ownership and identity. Starting from the public testnet, each batch of transactions will include Airbender validity proofs, with transaction data published as blobs to Ethereum. ZKsync OS is EVM-equivalent, and contracts can be compiled using standard Solidity. The total emission and curve of the announced REVO remain unchanged, with 250 million tokens to be released over approximately ten years. The ZKsync OS stack, staking contracts, smart accounts, and Cornerstone Paymaster have completed testing on the development network, with 51 contract tests passing. Currently, the first phase is advancing with real provers, validator nodes, browsers, cross-chain bridges, and the V2 public testnet Virtus, with the opening date to be announced later. During the migration, Libertas will freeze at the announced block, and the balance will be recorded to V2 after a snapshot, with the domain name changing from .rev to .revo.
