NeoSoul is developing an infrastructure for AI agent clusters based on BNB Chain and 0G, aiming to build agents that operate within user-defined limits. Billions Network is a privacy identity network that provides technology for verifying identities without disclosing personal information. The first phase of the collaboration focuses on confirming the connectivity of the two systems and will investigate whether users can maintain control even when AI agents operate independently. It is crucial to verify the scope of authority and accountability of agents in transactions and payments, and this collaboration emphasizes identity and user control technologies.
