NBU Changes License of 'Tormes-Capital', Excluding Financial Leasing
The National Bank of Ukraine has approved a change in the license of 'Tormes-Capital', resulting in the company losing its right to provide financial leasing. At the same time, 'Tormes-Capital' retains the right to lend and factor. The license change occurred based on the company's own application. After the exclusion of financial leasing, 'Tormes-Capital' will be able to provide credit funds and banking metals, as well as factoring services. The decision was made by the Committee for Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on September 24, 2026. 'Tormes-Capital' has been operating since 2017 and is registered in Dnipro, with a charter capital of 20 million UAH. The owner of the company is Andrey Borisenko. As of the end of 2025, 'Tormes-Capital' reported a revenue of 1.25 million UAH and a net profit of 485 thousand UAH, with assets amounting to 21.1 million UAH.
