The money raised was fully used to buy more Bitcoin. Metaplanet has acquired 555 BTC for ~$53.4 million at ~$96,134 per bitcoin and has achieved BTC Yield of 136.7% YTD 2025. The zero-coupon bonds are structured to mature on November 6, 2025, with early redemption options available under specific conditions. By issuing bonds without interest obligations, Metaplanet minimizes capital costs while maximizing Bitcoin exposure.
