Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, has been ranked first in Glassdoor's 2026 list of top CEOs in the United States. Huang's employee approval rating was recorded at 99%. On December 12, Glassdoor announced the list of the top 50 CEOs in the U.S., based on anonymous reviews and leadership evaluations from May 16, 2025, to May 15, 2026. Candidate companies needed to have more than 1,000 employees and receive at least 75 evaluations each for the CEO and senior management. Following Huang, the top positions were held by Jason Johnson (Quick Quack Car Wash), Kevin Lobo (Stryker), Alan Schnitzer (Travelers), and Chris Charneski (Keller Williams). Apple's CEO Tim Cook ranked 37th. The technology sector had the highest representation with 9 CEOs, followed by real estate with 6, and financial services and manufacturing with 5 each. This year's evaluation focused on individual CEOs and executive leadership, reflecting CEO approval ratings and senior management evaluations based on employee reviews. The results come as NVIDIA's business stature has grown, highlighting the significance of the employee review-based leadership evaluation. Glassdoor noted that 28 of the 50 selected this year were also included in the 2026 list of 'Best Places to Work.'
