Informed sources: Iran is expected to respond to the peace agreement proposal today

According to CBS, multiple sources familiar with the matter told CBS that Iran will respond to the U.S. 15-point peace agreement framework on Friday. Two sources revealed that U.S. President Trump and senior White House officials have been informed that Iran's counterproposal is expected to be conveyed through intermediaries on Friday. As of the time of the report, the intermediaries had not yet received the response.

U.S. envoy Wittekov stated on Thursday that the U.S. government has submitted a possible peace agreement proposal containing 15 points to Iran through Pakistan as an intermediary. A regional source indicated that Pakistan has direct contacts with the security agencies that control the state in Iran, not just with the foreign ministry.
