Hyperliquid Delays Implementation of Operation Downgrade Priority Rules Again Ahead of Mainnet Upgrade

The Hyperliquid team has adjusted the operation downgrade priority rules based on user feedback. The related processing will only affect the main account and the sub-accounts or vaults involved in the operation, no longer impacting all sub-accounts and vaults. The effective date of the rules will be postponed again until after the mainnet upgrade, allowing time for user feedback and adjustments. After the next network upgrade, HyperEVM error responses will include specific L1 errors, rather than uniformly returning the 10055 error code.
