Crypto market cap rises 372 billion to 2.93 trillion, search interest hits post-2024 low
The cryptocurrency market's total capitalization increased by approximately 372 billion over the past 19 days, reaching 2.93 trillion. This rise occurred despite crypto-related search interest falling to its lowest level since 2024. Typically, search interest correlates with price increases during bull markets, but a gap has emerged between capital inflows and public attention, suggesting weak retail investor interest that may limit short-term inflows. Additionally, stablecoin market capitalization rose by about 604.82 million over the past week, totaling roughly 307.79 billion. This increase in stablecoin supply may indicate that investors are preparing to reinvest in the market, while the divergence between search interest and market-cap trends could reflect an early-stage bull market pattern.

Nasdaq Hits Another High| WEEX TradFi Daily Brief (October 6, 2026)
Major equity indexes closed higher on October 5 ET, and the Nasdaq set another record high. The services prices index rose to 74.0, a four-year high, so the rate overhang has not cleared. EWZ and PBR jumped on election and resource-discovery narratives, while SpaceX hit a stage high.
