CARDS Surges Over 43% in 24 Hours, Market Cap Exceeds $180 Million
BlockBeats News, January 14th, according to GMGN market data, Solana's ecosystem entity card exchange platform Collector Crypt's token CARDS surged more than 43% in the past 24 hours, with a market value of $1.86 billion and a 24-hour trading volume of $5.3 million.
The price increase of CARDS may be related to the overall popularity surge in the Pokémon card market. According to PolyBeats monitoring, Logan Paul announced that he will auction his PSA 10-rated Pokémon Illustrator card in January 2026. Part of the funds on Polymarket has begun to bet that the final transaction price of the card will exceed $15 million. Logan Paul's cost of acquiring this card was approximately $5.275 million. Ken Goldin, the founder of the renowned auction house Goldin Auctions, had privately offered him $7 million to purchase the card, but Logan Paul declined. The recent buying activity suggesting options above $15 million indicates that some believe there may be a bidding war at the auction, resulting in a price far exceeding the historical record.
