C1 Fund Adds Polymarket Holdings in Q2, Repurchases $824,000 in Stock
C1 Fund has announced its Q2 2026 financial report. As of June 30, the fund's net asset value stands at $42.625 million, with the number of portfolio companies increasing from 7 to 11, and the fair value of investments accounting for approximately 77.5% of net assets. In the second quarter, the fund added holdings in Polymarket (Blockratize Inc.), with its two largest positions currently being Ripple Labs (17.5% of net assets) and Payward, the parent company of Kraken (16.9% of net assets). As of July 31, the fund has repurchased and canceled 249,300 shares of common stock, totaling $824,000, with a total repurchase authorization limit of $3 million. The fund's portfolio companies also include Alchemy, BitGo, Blockchain.com, Chainalysis, ConsenSys, Figment, Fireblocks, Ripple Labs, and Uphold. Kraken and Blockchain.com have publicly disclosed their secret IPO filings with the SEC, while BitGo completed its IPO in January this year. Chief Investment Officer Elliot Han stated that the number of clients on the BitGo platform has increased by 26% year-on-year, and the number of funded accounts at Kraken has grown by 42%.
