Boca to Play at Huracán Stadium Against Estudiantes de La Plata

Boca will host Estudiantes de La Plata this Wednesday at the Estadio Tomás Adolfo Ducó of Huracán, as the works on La Bombonera have not yet been completed. The work on the playing field and other areas of the stadium has been delayed due to recent rains in Buenos Aires. Boca confirmed that the match will take place at Huracán Stadium, highlighting that renovation and maintenance works are being carried out, as well as a structural drainage project to solve issues on the pitch. This stadium change will allow the works to have the necessary time to provide a quality playing surface. Boca arrives at this match with one point after two appearances in the Torneo Clausura, having lost 3-0 against Deportivo Riestra and drawn 2-2 with Newell's. In the Copa Sudamericana, Boca managed to qualify for the round of 16 after a tough series against O'Higgins from Chile.
