BlockBeats News, January 23rd, BNB Chain announced the start of an 8-day Good Vibes Only Hackathon, taking place from January 22nd to 29th, 2026. The hackathon focuses on Vibe Coding, welcoming participation even from non-senior developers.

This hackathon does not have specific theme requirements. All project ideas, development progress, and demos will be publicly available on X and GitHub throughout. Projects must be created on X and GitHub during the event and complete at least 1 on-chain transaction on the BNB Chain (BSC / opBNB). The final selection will be made through a combination of community voting (50%) and sponsor judging (50%). Each winning project will receive a $1,000 reward, with the prize pool increasing with additional sponsorship.
