Bitari Inc., a Bitcoin mining infrastructure company, submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. SEC on August 21, planning to raise $30 million through an initial public offering (IPO) on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BIAI. The offering will consist of 4,285,715 shares of common stock, priced at $7 per share, with total proceeds expected to be around $30 million, and net proceeds estimated at approximately $27 million after underwriting and related expenses. Bitari is responsible for building and operating the physical infrastructure required for Bitcoin mining, with its core facility located at a 20-megawatt site in Wheeler, Texas, and a second 20-megawatt site currently under construction in Dumas, Texas. Additionally, it has a contracted 20-megawatt site in Marion, Indiana.
