On May 7, COINOTAG News reported that Binance will be enabling essential support for the upcoming network upgrades and hard forks of both Optimism (OP) and Metal DAO (MTL) . The Optimism team is slated to initiate its network enhancement on May 10, 2025, precisely at 00:00 (UTC+8). Concurrently, the Metal DAO developers aim to execute their upgrade at block height 1,746,806,401 , also scheduled for May 10, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC+8). Notably, Binance will halt all token deposits and withdrawals pertaining to these networks beginning May 9, 2025, at 23:00 (UTC+8).
