Binance returns to the Philippine market through a regulatory sandbox

According to Cointelegraph, Binance announced its official return to the Philippine market through a partnership with BlockShoals, using the sandbox framework of the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an entry point. Previously, Binance was banned by the Philippine SEC in 2024, and this return is made possible through the compliance sandbox mechanism.
