📌To help developers quickly locate problems when calling the WEEX API, the following table summarizes common error codes and corresponding solutions.

Please follow the prompts to troubleshoot and fix the issues to ensure the API requests function correctly.

Error code 40001：The request header "ACCESS_KEY" cannot be empty	The Access Key cannot be left blank.
Error code 40002：The request header "ACCESS_SIGN" cannot be empty	Signature cannot be left blank.
Error code 40003：The request header "ACCESS_TIMESTAMP" cannot be empty	The Timestamp field cannot be left blank.
Error code 40005：Invalid ACCESS_TIMESTAMP	Use the interface https://contract-openapi.weex.com/api/spot/v1/public/time (where the "data" part is your timestamp), and make sure it is 13 digits long.
Error code 40006：Invalid ACCESS_KEY	Access key = API key (for example, weex_f2df5c29c274be465d3f49be3e73d6c1), ensuring it must start with WEEX.
Error code 40007：Invalid Content_Type, please use the "application/json" format	Add "Content-Type": "application/json" to the request header.
Error code 40008：Request timestamp has expired	The validity period of the request is 30 seconds.
Error code 40009：API validation failed	Please create a new apikey.
Error code 429：Requesting too frequently	Request frequency exceeds the limit.
Error code 40011：The request header "ACCESS_PASSPHRASE" cannot be empty	The passphrase cannot be left blank.
Error code 40012：Incorrect API key/passphrase	API key or passphrase error
Error code 40013：User account is frozen	Contact @whitexixi_yc and fill out the work order to provide feedback.
Error code 40014：Insufficient permissions	Contact @whitexixi_yc and fill out the work order to provide feedback.
Error code 40015：System error	Contact @whitexixi_yc and fill out the work order to provide feedback.
Error code 40016：Users must bind a mobile phone or Google Authenticator	Bind the account using Google Authenticator
Error code 40018：Illegal IP request	You can try to create an API key that is not bound to an IP address.
Error code 40912：Single cancellation cannot exceed 50	The number of cancellations cannot exceed 50.
Error code 40913：Either orderId or clientId must be provided	Please provide the orderID or clientID.
Error code 40102：Trading pair configuration does not exist	You can refer to https://contract-openapi.weex.com/api/spot/v1/public/products
Error code 40200：Server upgrade in progress, please try again later	Contact @whitexixi_yc and fill out the work order to provide feedback.
Error code 40305：The client_uid length should not exceed 40 characters and cannot contain special characters	The Client ID must not contain special characters and its length should be less than 40.
Error code 40409：Format error	Contact @whitexixi_yc and fill out the work order to provide feedback.
Error code 40704：Only query data for the last three months	Only the data from the last three months can be queried.
Error code 40707：Start time is earlier than end time	The start time must be earlier than the end time.
Error code 40724：Parameter is empty	The parameter cannot be left blank.
Error code 40725：Service returned an error	Contact @whitexixi_yc and fill out the work order to provide feedback.
Error code 43001：Order does not exist	Order does not exist.
Error code 43002：Order placement failed	Order placement failed
Error code 43004：There are no open orders to cancel	There are no cancelable orders.
Error code 43005：Exceeds maximum order size	Exceeding the maximum order quantity limit
Error code 43006：Order quantity is less than the minimum trading amount	You can refer to the minTradeAmount on https://contract-openapi.weex.com/api/spot/v1/public/products
Error code 43007：Order quantity exceeds the maximum trading amount	You can refer to the minTradeAmount on https://contract-openapi.weex.com/api/spot/v1/public/products
Error code 43008：Current order price cannot be less than 0	The current order price cannot be less than 0.
Error code 43009：Current order price exceeds the limit of 0	The current order price exceeds the limit by 0
Error code 43010：Trade amount cannot be less than 0	The transaction amount must not be less than 0.
Error code 43011：Current order price cannot be less than 0	The current order price cannot be less than 0.
Error code 41101：Parameter check failed	Contact @whitexixi_yc and fill out the work order to provide feedback.
Error code 42002：BALANCE NOT ENOUGH	Insufficient balance
